We are fans of the Honor Harrington series of books by David Weber and members of The Royal Manticoran Navy. The Thirteenth Fleet area of operations consists of countries of Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. We are part of The Royal Manticoran Navy, the official fan association of the Honor Harrington series of books by David Weber. Ludmila Kovářová
Vice Admiral
Fleet Commanding Officer
Vice Admiral of the Red Ludmila Kovářová, OG, Baroness Black Wood, is the Commanding Officer of the Thirteenth Fleet since it’s formation. Previously she’s commanded Battlecruiser Squadron 39 and worked as a logistic officer. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the fleet,
managing and planning events and makes all the decisions for all fleet operations. She reports directly to the First Space Lord. Her flagship is HMS Phantom.
Artis Aboltins
Commander
Chief of Staff
Commander Artis Aboltins, CGM, is the Chief of Staff of the Thirteenth Fleet. He is responsible for the work of the staff, serves as the main advisor to the Fleet Commander, help implement the Navy’s policies withing the fleet and is the main contact person for any member. Commander Aboltins rides as an RMN representative aboard the Havenite destroyer RHNS Acheron.

Fleet Deputy Commanding Officer
Rear Admiral of the Red Dame Květa Tonová, SC, Baroness New Talinn, is the Deputy Commanding Officer of the Thirteenth Fleet. She serves as second in command, coordinates operations with the Commanding Officer and staff work with the Chief of Staff and can command the fleet in the Commander’s absence. In addition to her duties as the DCO, Rear Admiral Tonová also commands BatCruRon 39. Her flagship is HMS Ishtar.
WHAT WE DO
We exist to celebrate the work of David Weber and the universe he has created in his Honor Harrington books.
As an organization, we are structured much like the world that David has created. There are many opportunities to participate in any role you would like! Within TRMN you can be a member of the Manticoran military in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marines, or Army. Or, you can participate as a Grayson, Andermani, or Republic of Haven naval member.
If you are not as interested in the military side of things, you can be a civilian in government, work in Astro Control or serve on a Merchant Marine ship.
We have gone to great lengths to make sure we are as true to the books as possible, using the books, and direct input from David Weber and BuNine as our guide to creating a cohesive and fun organization.
Whether you like to cosplay or just get together with friends for games, movies, and fellowship, the TRMN is a place for you!

Our members currently include over 5,000 people from 46 countries/territories! Are you interested in being a part of our exciting adventure? We are not only fans of the Honorverse but also cosplayers, gamers, sci-fi fans and, in general, geeks. We enjoy gathering together for the camaraderie and we love to support all kinds of charities. The official charity of the organization is Big Cat Rescue. Their bobcat, Max, is our official mascot.
